Stop killing palestinians !!
i feel speechless while i'm watching what the israeli terrorists
doing with Gaza, Gaza's people who suffered from lake of food
and medicine ,now they are killed in savagery .
the inhuman criminal israel killed and still killing innocent
palestinian children, women and men .
what did they do to deserve to die ?!!!!
while the world is celebrating a new year a palestinian child
is losing his family , a woman is losing her husband or child.
we can do nothing but pray for Gaza .
May Allah help them .

Gone with the winter
omg,it had been a long time since i wrote here in my blog,
when i thought about it i said may be cuz i was busy in college issues ..
But later i found my self writing a post without publishing it
i just click cancel ! i didn't know why do i do that ?!
then recently i remembered that we are in winter and winter
is to be blamed for my long absence ! seriously i dunn like
winter at all, it's long darkness ,everywhere silence drives
me to be silent too. in winter i usually don't talk as much as
i think about any thing, "and that happens every winter " :)
i always feel that winter is depressive "specially with exams" :s
I like it when it rains but not in al-mansourah as streets have
their worst case when it rains, they become miserable .
i don't know if seasons can affect people's mode and even
the way they act ,i think i'm gonna search about that topic
and see what psychologists say about it :D
any way i'll take it easy and wish that all those bad feelings
will be gone with the winter ISA :).

From the 28'th to 30'th of October I was attending CAT scope 9 which was a great one .
the attendance was great they all enjoyed the scope sessions and had alot of new technical information in different IT fields.

My First Session
Today was Depiak day , it was a great day ,the day included
5 sessions about different web and web development topics
I made my first session and it was a very good one , people was
satisfied and so i felt :)
The session's name was "Introduction to mySQL " it was a talk
about mySQL db server,I managed to talk well and to control my tension.
honestly I expected to be more tensioned and stressed than
i acted as it was my first time to make a session but thanks GOD :)
a year before in CAT scope 7 , it was my first time to attend
CAT scopes i was very impressed by sessions and very good
presenters and i asked myself if I can be like them
and make such a good session ,i asked "can I do it next year ?!"
now i realized that speaking in public is not bad ,it was an
excellent training for me to strengthen my presentation skills
that i need in my career ensha'Allah .
today My friend Maha gave me a bundle of white flowers as a gift
in the occasion of my session ,it looks awesome i liked it soo
much as i love flowers specially white and fuchsia ones
thanx sis :)
i've to thank God who helped me,then my family that was supporting
,my friends, all people who listened to me and attended and special thanks
to CAT and
depiak members who changed me alot
hope next time would be better .

5 sessions about different web and web development topics
I made my first session and it was a very good one , people was

"Back to Egypt" Status Report
-Now i'm back to Egypt after 3 months in Kuwait .
-The vacation is ended .
-I didn't manage to do all what i planned to do
during last vacation :S.
-As usual i feel so depressed as i left my
father alone in kuwait :s.
-The weather is like winter weather .
-The air is so polluted .
-I feel that Al-Mansourah is overcrowded .
-The Taxi driver was putting seat belt while driving .
-Today was my first day in college this semester.
-The main building of our faculty is being repaired !

-My colleagues told me i missed alot of lectures "that i usually don't attend!".
-I attended Algorithms course it's really an interesting one
i didn't get all the points mentioned in it :S,but may
be 70 % of 'em and it's ok as a start .

-I may present a session in depiak Day.
-Linux-plus company cancled Java courses i was going

Happy EidS !
Happy Eid Fetter for all Muslims in the world may Allah bless Us.
This year i'm spending Eid in Kuwait and that is nice ,but the
disappointing thing is that today is the second day of Eid
Al-Fetter in Kuwait while it is the first day in Egypt !
Although It's not the first time to happen, it's the first
time for me to feel how silly is it :S, Can't we celebrate
Muslim's Eid together!!! , It looks like there are two Eids
at the same time !
Any way Happy Eids Have Fun :).

are very practical and can be easily executed :
1. read a book every week or every two weeks,

Cartoon :)
While checking youtube i found an interesting children's cartoon video
i dunn know why don't we have a cartoon like this with this quality
for kids here in egypt ?!
there is nothing but super henaidy :D:D .
about Ramadan and how to fast ,it is an episode of children's cartoon
series called "Upin and Ipin" in Indonesia .
I really liked watching it :) .

Google Chrome : Amazing !
Yesterday Google released it's web browser : Google Chrome Beta version.
I Began to use it and really i liked it very much as i'm posting using it now :D.
It's design is awesome as it makes your browsing very interesting process
I felt that pages are wider and so clear ,I enjoyed viewing my personal
iGoogle page and my Blog :D , also viewing page source is amazing .
The first thing i looked for when i started using it is the search box then
I explored that address bar is used as one unified box for Web search ,
Web history and Address bar .
in addition to some features which are not available in
Firefox or IE Like :
-Create desktop shortcut for web applications
-incognito window as pages you view in this window won't
appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't
leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close
the incognito window .
-A default home page when you open new tab dispalys your most
commonly visited sites.

Disappointing that the released version is only for windows , but
Mac OS X and Linux versions are under development and will follow
the Windows version. As usual Google is surprising us !

Learning How To Learn...
I was checking hackerz web-site while i found this interesting post ,
and i want to share it with you :)
What can you do to bend your mind into submission ?
1-Slow down .the more you understand,the less you have to memorize.
Don't just read, stop and think. When book asks you questions, don't just skip
to answers.
The more you deeply you force your brain to think, the better chance you have
to remember.
2-Do the exercises. write your own notes.
Don't just look at exercises, use your pencil.
You must know that physical activity while learning can increase the learning.
3-There are No Dumb Questions !
That means all questions.They are part of the core content, Don't skip them.
4-Don't do all your reading in one place.
5 - Make this the last thing you read before bed. Or at least the last challenging thing.
Your brain needs times on its own, to do more processing.
If you put in something new during that processing time, some of what you just
learned will be lost.
6- Drink water. Lots of it.
Your brain works best in a nice bath of fluid. Dehydration decreases cognitive function.
7 - Listen to your brain.
Pay attention to whether your brain is getting overloaded.
If you find yourself starting to skim the surface or forget what you just read, it is time for a break.
8 - Talk about it. Out loud.
Better still, try to explain it out loud to someone else. You will learn more quickly.
9 - Feel something!
Your brain needs to know that this matters.
Get involved with the stories.
10 - Type and run the code. Or design something!
Apply this to something new you are designing or refactor an older project.
Just do anything to get some experience.

I'll Use PicLens
Yesterday one of my friends guided me to PicLens
which is one of Firefox Add-ons programmes.
I downloaded it and was very impressed by that PicLens!
It makes searching and viewing photos and videos a very enjoyable thing.
The "3D Wall" lets you effortlessly search and zoom your way around thousands of images and videos .
I really liked using PicLens programme very much.
I Love Firefox :).

Madame Tussaud :)
Although I don't like museums at all but really I wish to
visit Madame Tussaud's museum the famous waxwork museum .
I remember First time I saw waxworks of Madame Tussaud's museum on TV I was very impressed by those perfect wax figures,they look very real.
I wish I can visit Madam Tussaud's museum one day :)

Robots REEM-A and REEM-B
REEM-A and REEM-B Robots are generation of humanoid robots built by PaL technology,a firm of the UAE.
Custom hardware and software development make REEM-B a true autonomous robot able to communicate with human !!.
REEM-B is the evolution of the first humanoid created by Pal Technology Robotics, the REEM-A. The first prototype was designed to play chess with the Hydra chess engine and to be used as development platform.
